Overview

Our Plans

Every account starts with a Free plan — 100 API calls per month, no card required. When you need more, upgrade to one of our paid plans, from the Dev Pass for individual builders to Enterprise for high-volume workloads.

How to upgrade to a paid plan

1. Signup or login to the Vulavula platform: vulavula.lelapa.ai
2. Click on the billing menu item and click Upgrade on the Vulavula API card.
3. Subscribe to the plan of your choice. You will then be routed to Stripe to process the payment.
4. Use the email that you logged into your Vulavula account with to sync your plan.
5. Enter your card details and hit Subscribe!

Rate limits

Each plan has a limit on how many API calls you can make per minute, on top of its monthly allowance.

• Limits apply per project. All API keys in the same project share one per-minute limit and one monthly allowance.
• Going over the per-minute limit returns 429 Too Many Requests with the message Token has exceeded rate limit. Wait a few seconds and retry — the limit refills continuously, so you do not need to wait a full minute.
• Using up the monthly allowance returns 429 Too Many Requests with the message Token has exceeded monthly limit. The allowance resets on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC), or you can upgrade your plan to continue straight away.
